Note on Service Delivery: As an IT service provider, the majority of our services (Managed Services, Consulting, Cloud) are delivered electronically and do not involve physical shipping. This policy applies only to physical hardware or equipment (e.g., servers, networking gear, workstations) that we procure and ship to you as part of an agreed-upon service contract.
Order Processing
Processing Time: Equipment orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving full payment and a signed Service Agreement or Quote for the hardware. Processing time is subject to vendor stock availability.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the hardware and are included in the final quote provided to the client.
Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery of 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Delivery: Available upon request and quotation.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once the hardware has shipped from our facility or a vendor’s facility, you will receive an email with a shipment confirmation and tracking number.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss for all hardware purchased or provided by Netrovia IT passes to the client upon the hardware’s delivery to the carrier. Netrovia IT is not responsible for lost or damaged equipment after it is in the carrier’s possession. We will, however, assist the client in filing a claim with the carrier.
Installation: Shipping only covers delivery. Installation and setup are covered under a separate SOW or Managed Services agreement.
